I applied for AOS, EAD and AP at the same time and they where all received on Feb 6, EAD and AP says the status is 'Initial Review' however the AOS application says status as 'Acceptance'. Under that status it says "The acceptance step is typically completed within 2 business days of when the application is received." Now it's Feb 12, clearly more than 2 business days.

Should I be concerned, or is this normal?

No need to be concerned at this point. It can sometimes take a few weeks for the check to be cashed and you to receive your NOA. Also, the updates on the USCIS website can be unreliable.
