If you're adjusting status from a K1, and you used your visa to enter the US, it expired the day you used it. You should have gotten married within 90 days of entering the country and filed for AOS after that. Is that what you've done?

Please give us more information and update your timeline so people can help you with your questions.

K1 visas are valid for 1 use only and void on entry. The February 11 date on yours was the end of the 90 days limit within which you had to get married.

When you file for AOS after marrying within 90 days of your activated K1 visa, you enter a phase of authorized stay. However you cannot leave the U.S. without abandoning your petition unless you have received your AP and have never overstayed.

Now you just wait for your Notice of Action and your biometrics appointment.

Good luck!

US citizen since April 2016

ROC completed April 2014

AOS from K1 completed February 2012
