F3 - waiting for interview & medical appointment

Hi,

Can someone please help or direct me how to follow up my application?

I already lodged all my docs, paid all the fees back Nov 2010 & until now still waiting for interview appointment.

I already emailed NVC and they said that they can not predict when an interview schedule will be released.

Why? My sister & her family are already in America since April 2011 and we both received our letter at the same time August 2010.

We both got the same priority date, please help I'm so confused why.
