I have already submitted my i-751 on August 2011, according to Vermont's estimate at the time, it was 6 months to receive a final answer. Seems like they are delayed as I follow other fillers.

Since is late and I have a extra month, I came to a last minute conclusion on one of those sleepless nights over thinking about the case.

When I applied for my residence with my ex wife, her parents were our sponsors since we were both students at the time.

I don't know if they have access to this type of information but it sure won't be to my advantage if so...

I have my parent's and my taxes documentation and I would like to submit this additional information...

What is the form called? is it I-864? If so, even tho i've already submitted my tax return from 2010 at the time, I would like to send my parents as my sponsors.

What do you guys suggest? and also? How do I submit additional information to immigration?

I do have a lawyer, but I feel he is very far away from my case and i'm trying to do this on my own.

He was not very pricey so I had to do a lot on my own.

What do I have to do in order to submit additional information to my case? and which would be the correct forms?

Thank you for your time!

There's no reason for you to file a new I-864. You can't change your sponsor after you adjust status.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

They cannot stop being your sponsors because you are divorced. You don't need a new sponsor.

Thank you all for all replies.

I guess ill just wait then. You guys think the fact her parents are my sponsors can be a -? =/

Well...that's their burden to bear, if it ever comes to that. It's sort of like having someone co-sign on a loan or a mortgage. That person is always culpable if the loan is forfeited.

Better to be very overprepared than even slightly underprepared!
