B2 visa on hand with pending immigrant visa at the embassy.

Hello,

I'm a Filipina who live in Seoul and about to visit the United States soon under my B2 visa.

I visited the US last year under my B1/B2 visa and it is multiple entry valid for 10 years.

But few months ago, we applied for an immigrant visa at the US embassy in Seoul and the I-130 has been approved.

But my husband got another job offer in Seoul and that is the reason why we have to hold off the immigrant visa process for awhile.

Would that case be a problem entering the US again under my B1/B2 visa?

Any information will be highly appreciated

it is possible that you are denied entry due to your immigrant intent -- the petition would certainly indicate immigrant intent and that you are a risk of not leaving the U.S. A denial to enter is possible..Unless you have suficient thesis to show the officer you will go back to your country
