Joint Tax Return

I am compiling evidence for my wife and I to remove her conditions. I see that a joint tax return is a reccommended evidence. Do i Need to print off the entire tax return (22pages) or is there one specific section I need to print off?

You're better off requesting (free) tax return transcripts from the IRS. These are preferred as evidence over tax return copies because they prove that you actually filed with the IRS, not just filled out the forms.

No you dont need to send the entire Tax return. What I did was sent the first 3 pages of my taxt return and I attached a copy of the tax transcript, you can easily obtain a copy of your transcript by calling the IRS.

I call them and they faxed it to me within 10 Minutes. This was recommended by my lawyer. Hope this helps

You can either send the Tax Transcript (recommended), or a copy of your signed Income Tax Return with all attachments, w-2's and 1099's.
