If your fiancé passes her Medical. They will give her a date to come back to SLEMC and get her results and medical will give her CD of chest X-ray. The envelope from SLEMC will be seal and DO NOT OPEN IT!! There will be a label on it warning you. DO NOT OPEN THIS ENVELOPE!!

Also, do they keep your passport or will they return it back to you to bring to interview and you get it back after the interview> Thanks.

Your fiance needs to bring the passport with her at the time of the interview at USEM. If she is approved. They will take her passport so they can put the approved visa in the passport. Then they will deliver to her home via 2GO or she can pick it up a 2GO location.

God Does for those who do for themselves..!!

HI,

when her medical is done they will announce it to you usually the medical take 2 days,on the last day they will give your fiancee a cd and the result, vaccination sheet,(a personal copy) also they will tell you if you passed the medical or not,THE clinic will then forward your medical result to the embassy including your passport.so when you go to embassy for interview you dont have your passport with you coz its already there.

advice, keep the vaccination record and the cd for the green card application.

I'm confused...you say they will take her visa passport at the medical and in other post said I need to show my visa passport at the interview...Please help.

St. Lukes used to keep the passport and, upon completion of the medical, forward it to the Embassy for the interview. However, St. Lukes has changed their process. Now St. Lukes will return your passport to you when you complete your medical. Now it is your responsibility to bring your passport to your Embassy interview.

Upon completion of your medical, St. Lukes also will give you your vaccination record and your x-ray CD. Don't lose them.
