Example email to London Embassy

I have emailed the London embassy a couple of times but have only ever got there automated reply.

I always include my case # in the subject line but is there anything else i should be including in the email?

My full UK address maybe so they can see its me?

If anyone can give me an example of what they wrote i would appreciate it.....Im trying to find out if they have recieved packet 3 and have got nowhere calling.

I would suggest that you call the helpline first.

They will then assign you a reference number to quote RHL *** (3 digits)

They work on a certain number per week. Then when they respond usually in 3 working days if you need a further question answered then you simply reply to that again.

Oh. I got my P4 after 2 weeks. They seem to only reply to emails that have non-received questions.

asking about pack 3 was the reason I e-mailed - you should be able to get a RHL reference number for that if as I was e- mailing them around a week after sending it Registered post.
