The email is LondonCosnular@state.gov

I have emailed them 3 times very recently and they replied the next morning every time.

I think it depends on your situation!

I've e-mailed them 3 times and they have NEVER replied!

oh and I don't want to split hairs here, but it's london.consular@state.gov, I'm sure that's what the original poster meant!

You might not have had replies because you were using the wrong email, it is definitely LondonConsular@state.gov. James has emailed them three times and gotten (canned) replies every time. I emailed them twice at that address and never got responses though :P On average they do seem to be very good at replying from what I've heard from everyone else, maybe they just didn't like me! :(

Oops, just noticed jmwaziri mispelled the address in their reply. Chrisg, copy it from my post, that is the one we have emailed to and gotten replies from. Good luck!

I don't think I put the case number in the subject in my email so that's probably where I went wrong! O well, they reply to James every time.
