Hi All,

My husband is filling I130 for me and we are having difficult time in choosing evidences to send. All suggestions are appreciated .

So I am on F-1 visa going to school in Chicago IL and never out of status. My husband is original from CA but moved to Chicago in 2009. We been dated for a year and half before getting married. However, my husband moved back to CA to help family out before we get married in Aug 2011 and continue living there while I am going to school in Chicago. I will be done with school by the end of 2012 and move back to CA asap.

At this point of time,

- I only have pictures of us taken together, with his family ( my parents live oversea), with friends in both CA and Chicago.

- Join bank acct statement for last 5 months

- life insurance but not car insurance ( since I dont have driver license)

- 2011 tax return.

- email itinerary of our flight from CA to Chicago but since we are students and unemployment, we cant afford frequently visit like once in a month.

- sworn affidavit from my parents, his family and friends ( 3 letters are good? )

- wedding invitation in VietNam this coming Dec

Do you think it is enough? Any help is much appreciated.

What you have is what you have. if you are in the states for school obviously you will not have plane tickets etc. Better to have more evidence than less, Costco, AAA, medical etc.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
