Change of Address Form question relating to vacation travel port of entry

Hello,

My husband and I are submitting an AR 11 Aliens change of address form and are stuck on a question asking 'last entry into U.S and port of Entry?'

We took a trip to Niagara Falls Canada and not sure if we should submit that entry data or the entry data of his entry to the U.S. that his Green Card is based upon.

i.e. K1 visa to Aos to the 2 year conditional green card that he currently has.

So do we put his original port of entry or the Buffalo port of entry that we used returning to the U.S. after our weekend vacation trip last month?
