Is CFO PDOS a requirement

I just received our appointment for interview this coming March,

and currently reading some articles on the forum,

our case is F2A, spouse of an LPR and unmarried sons and daughter of an LPR,

both teenagers, are we required to attend this seminar,..?

If so, where is its office,..
