Do I need any other visa before I get approved?

My current H1B visa will expire in Feb in 2007. I'm filing AOS because I recently got married with my husband and he's a US citizen. I just started the process and may send out all the forms next week. I doubt I will get approved before my H1B expries. Do I need any other visa to make myself legal after my H1B expires?

you dont need another visa... your status will be pending so if your working you might need a EAD to continue.

good luck
