hi vj friends.

My case status is pending (already filed I-130 and I-485 and got interviewed in june)

I need to renew my EAD now. (will expire on april 25 2012)

I need some help at some questions.

In question no. 11:- which USCIS office my last EAD was granted?

and which date

Is it RECEIVED DATE of my previous I-765 application OR NOTICE DATE of application?

ANSWER:- its PENDING AOS or do i need to put PENDING AOS (I-485)

- National Benefit Center MSC

- The day they approved your I-765

- Yes Pending AOS is just fine.

I urge you to contact your local congressperson or call in to open service request to have the case expedited. It has been pending more than 6 months already.

12/06/2014: Package filed

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview
