The US Embassy in New Delhi emailed me saying they mailed out Packet 3 to my fiance's home address more than 2 weeks ago but it still has not arrived. Also, in the email they said I could get my fiance to fill them out, scan them in and email them back. I ended up doing the scan and email route just because it is a lot faster and easier. Am I supposed to receive a confirmation email saying they have received Packet 3?

Does anyone have any prior dealings or knowledge with the US Embassy in New Delhi that could shed some light on this? Another question is how long does it take for them to process Packet 3 and when should I or my fiance expect Packet 4? Also, is Packet 3 just the DS-230 Part I form and the Applicant's Statement? That's it? Anything else required for Packet 3?

US Entry: 2012-05-07 - POE Dallas, TX

Marriage: 2012-05-15

6 months, 5 days from NOA1 to NOA2; No RFE's.

Contacted local congressman to help expedite case at VSC for NOA2. (Definitely helped!)
