Has he consulted an immigration attorney? Last touch was June 20th...hmmmm (that's when the RFE's were mailed off)...

He should call USCIS and if he follows the right prompts he will eventually get a live person. Here's how to do that - listen to the prompts as if you are calling because you have questions regarding a request for evidence. You will get a live person on the phone. Then tell them that you've been waiting for your IMBRA RFE but never received it, wondering if they could resend it. That's not lying - it's just presuming that they should have sent it by now and that perhaps it got lost in the mail. I did that back in August and after calling, my case was touched for the first time. It's worth a try.

I think you have a good point there. The majority of us received our IMBRA around 20/23 June. With them mass mailing 10,000 RFEs its quite possible that E&K's petition was moved to the 'done' pile without the RFE being sent or the status being updated.

It is really time to start screaming and shouting. "Good things comes to those who wait" is not the case when dealing with such large governmental departments.

I'm a beneficiary so I'm not sure how I can help - but if there is a petition to sign, please let me know.
