i only want to know when its time for me to remove conditions for my wife, and if i am retired from my job, will it make a difference of getting my wife approved. i will have all the evidence of our marriage but don't know if uscis will go by if i am retire or not. thank you

  1. You need to file for removal of conditions within the 90 days prior to the expiration of her 2-year green card.
  2. Being retired will make no difference at all. There's no affidavit of support/current income requirement in the removal of conditions process like there was during the visa and green card process. The evidence for removal of conditions centers around proof of a bona fide marriage: joint residency, intermingling of assets, etc.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
