chances are if you already have applied for the visa, she will have the visa before having the baby, so no issues with you visiting and her getting pregnant. It would be good for you to be present for interview or make sure you leave proof that you were in the PI at time of conception if she is pregnant during the medical & interview.

Is it really good advice to suggest its no problem to have a baby without Visa approval? A baby needs two parents, not one. If you are so sure you are going to get the Fiancee Visa, first buy the engagment ring, then I would suggest you buy the plane ticket now for 2 weeks after her interview. That is real confidence but for some reason a baby less of a decision?

After that, I would still think twice on planning a baby before you get the Visa. No one knows your ability to get the Visa except the CO. I think it is a bad idea to get pregnant before you even have the Visa or even live together. I read a few hours ago where a woman has been in the US less than a month and now wants to come home to the Philippines pregnant.

I 'd have to agree , My new addition was in no way planned but we were blessed and very lucky with our process time. She made will make it over here just before her 7 month mark. If you get your fiance pregnant and your visa gets RFED or Refused and your wife can't fly you have to wait a bit longer to be with her , and you could possibly miss the birth of your child, which was my biggest worry. You might want to really think if you want to rush a child in this world, whats the rush on having a baby ? Why not wait and let your fiance enjoy a few months of American life before she is weighed down to a trash can :P
