Advice to do next step after receiving the MNL case number and after Embassy receives the case

I have the Manila case and our case was receive by Manila Embassy already my fiance still want to wait the Notice from MANILA EMBASSY the packet they should send.I don't know how long i will wait for it, but i believe we can pay the Visa, proceed to Medical and schedule the appointment.Do we need to wait for the actual letter to proceed these steps?I read guides and some filers who just got approved sent but my fiance don't want me to do anything yet until this Letter gets into me

Can somebody here talk to us....waiting again....

do not wait for the letter. some members never received a letter. no packet will be sent. it's only available online....

Hello my friend! based on my experience even though we have a different case I'm under K3 but the things we need are the same only differs in CENOMAR because I'm already married. When US Embassy received our case we got only one letter from them stating that we can pay now the visa application fee, it will take a week or to for you to receive the notification. I never received another packet after the notification so we preceded on paying the fee in BPI got my receipt number waited for 24 hours,scheduled my interview online http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ registered my Medical SLEC online http://www.slec.ph/us/registration/ and went to check the documents I needed in preparing for the interview [which you can also] at http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3224.html ..
