Hi fellow VJers!!! Please help me understand. We sent our I-129F last July 11, 2011, got our NOA1 July 14,2011. We never heard from them till November 18,2011 requesting for evidence of my past DUI's which I committed twenty (20) years or more ago. We sent them the necessary documentations that they needed December 14,2011 and up to this very moment we still are waiting for their response to our case. I have observed some cases wherein they also received RFE's and the response is so fast in fact, in less than a month they already got their NOA2.

Can anybody please give me some of your precious time to enlighten me about why is my case any other different from them? Does this mean we might not get a good response cause it took them so long to decide? Please help me understand.

Thank you and May the good Lord help us
