This year on my tax return i made more then enough to petition my fiancee. but the last two year tax return, i didnt make enough because i was still studying in school. so is it ok if i just bring the most current tax return and leave the last 2 years out or bring it to the interview? Also should i get a co-sponsor?

Here is some more information, see the chart;Special Instructions :This page can be found at http://www.uscis.gov/i-864p

If your employer send a letter, stating you are a valuable employee and working, it will help. Your employer cannot guarantee a job but can make it look like you are worthwhile to them.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

The suggestions to get a letter from your employer and the links to the Form I-864P are good ideas.

Consider obtaining tax transcripts, for the applicable years, from the IRS, Tax return information . An explanatory statement as to the reasons for the change in income may also be beneficial.

Good luck,

YMMV
