We sent in the AOS package on fri and despite re-checking everything I woke up in the middle of the night and realized we forgot a copy of the K1 approval notice. Is there any way to send this in to USCIS separately and *hope* it gets matched up to our application, or should we just wait for the RFE? arghhh... :bonk:

You should gt a RFE, then send asap. You can call and talk to them or info pass.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

I understand it can be quite frustrating. I would suggest that you wait for the RFE.

I have a similar issue with my I-129F. I don't believe that I sent in the proper prior divorce documentation. :bonk: So now, I am in the NOA1 - NOA2 waiting period purgatory. I have sent off to the WA state dept. of health to get a certified divorce decree in anticipation of a RFE. It is very likely that I will receive the document in plenty of time..... I didn't want to chance the "match-up the two needles in haystack" scenario, if I just submitted it to CSC.
