Timeline

My husband is here in the us i applied for him in april of 2011 we went to an intetview I-130 on aug of 2011 we receved a letter were is tells us his petition waz approved but we are still waiting for his immigration status how long will it take and how much money will it cost and also he got a dui on may 2011 and had anothet one in 2002 will this afect his petition and he also has provation and feed to pay to the court will they let him stay untile he complet his provation or what should we do ?? And im a us citizen will that make it easier for him to be aproved and we have a baby together
