My wife is in US on K1. she has been here for 6 months. We are married and filed the AOS about 3 months ago. We want to bring Her 4 year old daughter to the US on the K2. Where do we start

Was the child listed on the G-325A form when you filed the 129F?

Did she list the child as To Follow on the DS-156K given at the interview?

If yes, then you merely contact the Embassy and schedule her interview (she'll need to complete her own medical prior).

If no, then you may be screwed. Contact the Embassy and ask for guidance....the worst is you can petition her as her USC step-parent.

For your wife to petition for her, it would be best done after your wife has been naturalized.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
