I have been going through the Thailand reviews section where people write their experiences with their interview. One common thing is people suggest the beneficiary be knowledgeable of the documents submitted. Can someone please tell me what docs in particular ? Does she really have to know the ins and outs of every document ? I sure hope not as she can speak English pretty good, but cannot read or write.

In my own case & other cases I have direct knowledge of there were no questions about the docs. Its a good idea to explain to her the very basics about your job I think. Also some info about where she will live & things like that.

The questions she will deal with will be about your relationship. Her English ability isnt a huge factor but it does help if she can speak some English.

These cases are decided by the content of the docs unless there are relationship or support problems. I believe you will hear her say the interview was easy in the end. The worrying that comes prior to the intervew is much more difficult than the 15 minutes at the window.

Thanks again Ning ! I like how you put a positive spin on things. Other than the docs concern I do have some red flags. Nothing to do with fraud but something I will need to prepare for. I'm thinking of posting these red flags in the open forum to see what people think and if they have some pointers of how to prepare ??????

Post the red flags. We can't help unless we know what they are.
