Hi VJs, anybody here have kids to follow K1 visa holder? Is k2 holder should be here in US before the date of the

Visa issued of K1? As far as I knew the k2 will have medical & interview before before visa. what about CFO is the child

will go to CFO also for seminar?

The K-2 Visa must be issued within one year of the date your K-1 Visa was issued.

Children 12 and under do not need to attend a CFO Seminar, but the do need to be registered and have the sticker in their passport.

:thumbs: K2 need to undergo medical examination too..Children 14 years old and below have lower fees in their medical though.. :)

I-129F sent - 03/09/11

NOA1 - 03/25/11

NOA2 - 05/23/11

Interview date - 08/10/11

US Entry - 09/22/11 POE - Minneapolis/St.Paul

Married - 10/07/11

AOS/EAD Filed - 11/01/11

NOA1 - 11/04/11

Biometric Notice rec'd- 11/09/11

Biometric Appointment - 12/07/11

AOS transferred to CSC- 11/28/11

EAD approval - 01/09/12

EAD on hand - 01/17/12

GC Approved - 03/09/12
