Hello everyone.

I am in US on a student (F1) visa working on EAD (employment authorization document)

I recently married a US citizen (by naturalization)

I am applying for AOS by submitting i-485 + i-130

For I-864, my wife will be sponsoring me.

My wife's income for 2010 and 2009 is about 20% more than the poverty level for household of 2.

My wife's annual income for current year is twice of poverty level for household of 2. (Although because she worked only for 4 months this year its actually less)

I am also including my income as part of household income.

(Our combined income for 2011 is almost 4 times poverty level)

I am going to include both of ours IRS Tax transcripts for last 3 years.

I am confused if I should submit her employment letter and pay stubs because her job is not a full time position but hourly position (actually she works 40 hrs/week and the project is ongoing, with no end date, but technically its still hourly temporary kind of job)

Will including her employment letter and pay stubs hamper my prospects or will it better my prospects?!

Thanks all for your help. All this documentation is turning out to be a big nightmare!!
