Hi all. We're hoping for an interview in Vancouver in the next couple of weeks for a K-1 Visa. We have an approval number from NVC and are currently waiting for the file in transit.. We're trying to get as much done in advance of actually getting packet 3 as possible.

In this regard, I'm hoping somebody can give us some guidance on the I 134 supporting documents. My Fiance can easily print her last few tax returns to support the affidavit. But we're wondering if the tax returns have to be supported by her W-2 forms as well? Can anybody shed some light on this?

Tax returns MUST have the W2 with it. The only time you don't need a W2 is if you are using an IRS tax transcript that you order from them.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I know that we are dealing with different embassies here but the London branch did not ask for ANY of the supporting evidence. No taxes, no W2 no pay stub, no bank details... which I had panicked and had my fiance express mail it to me. The only thing they wanted was the letter from employer.

Obviously I realise that the conditions may vary from embassy to embassy and from officer to officer, but that's my experience!
