Until YOU know the totality of the circumstances, (prior petitions etc.) it will be impossible to predict how the partial set of circumstances you provided would impact the ultimate decision.

Absolutely agree with Pushbrk. YOU need to know every tiny detail because with a total of three former spouses in the picture, you can be rest assured that there will be questions about it.

We met online on a marriage portal. He's an Indian as well, same religion, we got married according to the Hindu marriage act and then got it registered. My family was present at the wedding and we have pictures to prove that.

Absolutely agree with Pushbrk. YOU need to know every tiny detail because with a total of three former spouses in the picture, you can be rest assured that there will be questions about it.

Load up on the evidence, especially if you are going through NWD. I would get affidavits from both sets of parents.

Gotcha. Yes, I'm in the process of collecting all possible info on his former spouses. Btw, does he have to know details of my ex as well? He's the citizen, and I'm the immigrant.

If it eases your mind and those family members can attest to your relationship/witnessed your marriage, it will not hurt. Find a quiet place within yourself and reassure yourself that no matter what happens you'll get through this and it may not happen in the timeframe you'd like, but it will happen.

My side of the family can attest to witnessing the marriage, but there was no one from his side at the time of the wedding. We did, after the wedding, visit his uncle, aunts, and cousins in his hometown though as a married couple and have pics with them too...
