hello , my question is in regards to the I-134/I864, I will be applying for k1 visa very soon (gathering documents and evidence right now) I will make a little over $24,000 for 2011, i live in Ohio and my household size will be 2. my fiance lives in Morocco. Ive heard the embassy in Morocco is difficult to deal with, i know the requirement for 125% of poverty level for my household size of 2 is approx. $18,500 however will the the CO at the interview have any discretion, judgment on the amount of income they would really like to see ( like they want to see a certain amount) or if you make the minimum requirement per the I-864P you will not have any problems?

also ive heard through forums and other sources that you need I864 NOT the I 134 at the time of the interview in Morocco, which one is correct? I also understand you only need to submit the the most recent tax 1040 form if you are only submitting income info, is this correct?

Thank you in advance for your responses
