What forms do I take?

Greetings everyone,

My husband and I filed an I-130. We are waiting to receive our NOA2. I'll be visiting him for Christmas and I've printed several pages of questions thanks to many of your informative and insightful reviews of the consulate. I am trying to determine what forms we/he need(s) to fill out so I can take back with me? Also what forms or information would be important for me to leave with him?

The petitioner-USA citizen fills ot the 864

Te beneficiary in Nigeria-fills out the DS-230 and the G-3025 for agent of choice. He makes you the agent of choice cause it is better comunicaton if the USA citizen is the agent.

I do not know how long it takes for him to get

police certfications

military cert

birth certificate

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS

You need originals to mail into NVC.

He needs photocopies of everything

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date
