I called the DOS today to check for the AP. My husband was placed on the AP. The lady told me not to purchase a ticket for him yet. Not until visa is visiable in their system. I pray that the AP will be for a short amount of time.

can you give me the DOS phone # u called ? the # in thier web site is not working right

Just letting you know that I called the embassy today and my fiancees visa was issued. I checked DHL and it was sent this afternoon, so hopefully he'll get it tomorrow.

So technically it took 3 weeks calendar: our interview was the 27th (Sunday) and they issued the visa today.

Don't ever do anything you're not willing to explain the paramedics.
