hi everyone..im new here in vj plss help me..i got my interview last nov 07 and when the final CO ask me all the question i answered him correctly and he told me that i am pretty good but he told me to move in the window 72 and a the consul there handed me 221g white paper and she told me that im lacking a affidavit of support and but i have and its from my brother in law and the consul want is from my fiancee and the problem is we dont have w2 because my fiancee stayed for seven years here for his study here in philippines.and before we go the CO GET MY PASSPORT AND SHE TOLD THAT THEY WILL KEEP IT THERE IN USEM.and we ask the C0 what else can we do and she told me that "send us the proof that my fiancee is employed and in nov 17 i send the letters pay stubs in 2go courier and whe called the usem yesterday and they told us that it is in process.. how long it will take???im so stress plss help me,,thankyou:))

Its really hard to say. Did you fill up a form for the courier service who will deliver your k1 visa pack? There is a tracking number on there, keep checking on the courier's website if they have a package in route to you using that tracking number. They might take a month before you hear something, maybe even longer because its Holliday season now and I think the embassy in manila is closed (limited operations) during last 2 weeks of Dec and 1st week of Jan.

You do realize this is your own doing, right? You and your fiance caused your delay and misery.

Your interview was on Nov. 7 and on the 17th you provided the employment letter (I assume that's what you mean by "i send the letters")

and pay stubs to the USEM.

If those items were available to you before the 17th, why didn't you take them with you to the interview? It might have saved you the stress

you're feeling now.

No one can tell you how long it will take before they revisit your case and make a decision, as mentioned by "Frank and Raquel" the holidays are here

and pending cases suffer delays as a result of closures and limited hours. They kept your passport, that's a good sign.

Its really hard to say. Did you fill up a form for the courier service who will deliver your k1 visa pack? There is a tracking number on there, keep checking on the courier's website if they have a package in route to you using that tracking number. They might take a month before you hear something, maybe even longer because its Holliday season now and I think the embassy in manila is closed (limited operations) during last 2 weeks of Dec and 1st week of Jan.

to leatherneck....yes sir thats exactly what i mean..the employment papers,and the paystab even his bank statement my fiance even ask his boss to write a letter stating y he cant provide a W2 and ITR because he just started working and got back to US in march 5 2011..the paystab and the other letter coming from my fiance was presented in the USEM during my interview..but the consul still insist that there has to be proof that my fiance is working and earning some income which is those documents that she is asking for are in the front of here during the interview,and then since she insisted what she want..i called my fiance the next day and told him about it...soo then wat he did is he ask his boss to write a letter and photo copy all his paystab and resend dem to me..by the time i recve them..i went to 2GO and send them to USEM...my fiance called in the USEM and they said that the documents had been recve on NOV 21..till now we haven't hurd from..can u please help us on wat to do next???tnx
