Can a UK citizen enter the US and then apply for a K1?

You can enter the US on the VWP, and submit your petition during the 90 days you are able to stay, after that you will have to leave, not sure you can apply for an extended stay or a tourist visa while in the US so you can stay the whole process, but i am sure someone can tell you.

That is what we did, but we submitted our petition the day before i left after being there for 2 months...was not a good idea, we should have done that day 1 LOL but it was nice to know we could stand each other for two monthts :thumbs:
