Internet Options near Zamboagna City

My fiance is going home and needs to offer her parents internet service near Zamboagna City. Her parents are not close enough to get to this city to go to an internet cafe. We want to set up a computer for them to see us over the internet. Her family is in a very remote area. Does anyone have any experience with internet delivery in that area and what the possible options are ?

How is the cell phone coverage where they are? If they have cell coverage then a SMART card will get you connected.

Does she have neighbors that are using wired internet access? If none, the internet carrier won't set up a pole just for her. Try getting something like this. Globe and Sun Cellular Broadband got the same kind of service, do check with the neighbors what carrier has the strongest signal for cellphones (These giant cellphone companies here do carry internet and cell/phone service). If none of these are possible, try phones that can have an access online.

If you prefer a line if it's possible which is really better, it will be on a 2yr contract. Wireless internet connection could be a plan or prepaid too.
