I know only passport visa and authentication etc. they are processing.. Don't know if they process the NBI fingerprint stuff... Please help, where exactly do I need to go? The embassy won't release a NBI clearance but you can have your fingerprints taken in there. I had mine taken at the Tokyo Embassy. This link explains what you need to do http://www.philippineconsulate.com.au/nbi-clearance.html Good luck :)

It was a few years ago but I believe we went to the Philippine embassy in Dubai (where we were living) and got the fingerprints done there. Then we sent the fingerprints to my husband's cousin in PH and he went to NBI. I think we also sent a letter authorizing the cousin to get the clearance. I don't know if the embassy will send it but we just thought it would be quicker and that we would have more control over the process if we sent it to his cousin.
