Hmmmm...

in the NOA (for the interview), it says

"A completed Affidavit(s) of Support (Form I-864) with all required evidence, including the following, for each of your sponsors (unless already submitted)

Federal income Tax returns and W-2's, or certified IRS printouts, for the past 3 years;

Letters form each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 months;

Evidence of your sponsor's and/or co-sponsor's United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident Status."

-which we've already submitted this I-864.

So All we need is the updated Tax info,

Employment Letter,

plus evidence of the USC,

but I-864................ correct?

10/27/2005 Got Married in NY (F1 Status)!

We thought about applying for Green card @ US Embassy in Tokyo during the summer, since that usually takes about 3 month (way faster than AOS in NYC)- but we changed our plan! So now, we applied for AOS 5 months later...

03/29/2006 AOS Package Sent to Chicago

04/04/2006 NOA

04/19/2006 Bio-Appointment (asked to reschedule for later)

06/16/2006 AP Approved (took 72 days)

06/28/2006 Bio for EAD/AOS

07/03/2006 EAD Approved (took 96 days)

10/05/2006 Interview @ Garden City! APPROVED!! YAY!!!!!
