Can someone please tell me what the ACS appointment is all about and if my husband needs to go to it? How do you get an appointment time and what do you do there?? Also, I've read something about getting fingerprints done. When and where can this be done? Do you have to do it before the ACS or do you do it there? We are going to the consulate in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

Thanks!

ASC is finger printing and a photo taken of you.

People in Mexico seem to have to do this before their interview, you would do better asking about this specific thing in the Mexico section to get the correct information as to what he needs to do to book the appointment etc before his interview.

Hi, the ASC/biometrics appointment is the digital fingerprints and i believe also photographs done on your husband, in the interview letter you received there will be directions and a link as to how to make the appt for that, you can do it online or by calling the call center but that info is on the site also, it has to be done before the interview!!! my interview date is jan 09, in Juarez also, good luck!
