k1 blanket for passport photo

can my fiancee use a white sheet or blanket as a background for her passport style photo to start the k1 process instead of a white wall? any advise?

can she use her cell phone to take photo? she has a good cell phone 3g phone with cam, is that acceptable?

As long as the picture falls under those requirements, including quality of the picture, than you are fine. Good luck.
