The instructions for the I-134 state that the documentation to support the financial information should be provided in duplicate. I have 2 questions. First, does that mean there should be two copies of w2 and two copies of tax returns? 2) I have the signed letter from my banks showing how much money i have but only have one signed letter from each one. If two copies are needed, is it ok to submit one original and one copy or do i need to get another signed copy? Thanks for any help!

We did not send any duplicates and we only sent copys of everything that was supporting the original form.

We did not sent any originals of our papers, cept for the 134 form. Had no problems, approved at interview.

Letters from the bank are not required unless you are using assets to compensate for your income being below the 125% poverty guidelines. If your income is sufficient, bank statements and letters from your bank are not necessary.

Provide 2 copies of the I-134, tax returns and W-2's. Send a few recent pay stubs and you are done.
