RFE Question

I received our RFE today, one one of the things highlighted was that we needed statements of intent to marry with in 90 days. That was in the original packet, but we have no problem's doing a second one. The next two things that they asked for was original copies of the divorce decree's with the judges signature. The copy that I turned in was a file-stamped copy of what was filed. The judge stamped and initialed, but did not actually sign. My fiance was also asked for one with a signature on it. What we received from General Register Office by Scotland when we ordered the record of it does not have a signature on it either. It simply states the date and that it was approved. What do I do?

This is NOT the extract that is received by those in England and Wales, as Scotland divorce law is different from England and Wales. My fiance is going to try to get a hold of someone at the General Registrar's in Edinburgh, but should I wrote a letter stating that this is what a decree of divorce looks like for Scotland? It was stamped and had the seal, clearly marked as the official document by the General Registrar.
