We recieved RFE requesting for I lease documents or mortgage documents for our house but we live with my husbands parents so we don't have any of it. I only have until dec, 11 to submit all The info and I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking of telling my father-in-law to write a letter saying that we live with him, but I'm not sure if that's enough. I was also going to write in thr cover letter that they can come to our house because I'm sure they'll be convinced then. Is this a good idea? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!

Have the parents write out a detailed letter as to the conditions you are living at their home, what expenses of/at the home you pay for etc. You can also have the parents include a paragraph saying that they are welcome to send agents to the home to have a look etc.

Really all you have available is a well written letter by the parents with good details. Then I would write a letter explaining that I had them write the letter because we live with them and do not rent or own our own property etc.
