Thanks for updating your Country. Philippines.

We already discused Income/Paystubs.. Bank savings is good. Bank savings is countable as an Asset.

When you say he has one dependant and living with the mother I THINK your petition is based solely upon you and Fiance. Meanning: The $18,500.00 Annual Income requirement. If he added a dependant it would be more money to meet the requirements. I don't think that applies since not in his Primary Care.

If his Currant Income is sufficient I would evade using a Bank statement unless there is alot of money in that Account.

So, others can add. But, tell me this. What is his wage per hour or salary. USCIS uses a ratio for ANTICIPATED INCOME. Meaning: 2012 when you Interview. (full/part-time)

http://www.gotcredit.com/incomecalculator.php

Hope this helps. I hope someone close to your situation can add. I have no dependants.

He makes around 70k with his new job. Thank u guys for the help. Now I have new ideas for the preparation of my interview. :D :D

I am sure you've seen Page 2 of the Affidavit of support. Those questions are asked except for the Car title which I heard you need to have at least two of them to be considered as an asset. It wasn't asked in I-134 either. Child Support- the OP didn't mention anything about the legal arrangement, if his fiance owes from his son or not- he was unemployed for quite sometime, right? or just simply switch company.

Good Luck to you Love83. I strongly believe that you're gonna be ok.

Thank you teapot, I have no kids but my fiance does 1 son who lives with the mom as what I have mentioned earlier. My fiance was unemployed since October last year 2010 until he got his new job this September 2011. He was working for the past 3 years but his income tax return was low. He has a child support as it is on the Divorce Decree ( I saw the amount as I have a copy of it but its not that big amount). Right now he is a full-time employee and at the same time doing his Masters Degree.

Whether the child support stated n his divorce decree is a big or small amount, the USC child is still part of his dependent. which make you 3 in 1 house hold. you stated that he just started a job 2 months ago. The CO will look at his previous Tax return which it should show that he is making the 125% poverty level guideline.

Do you know how much is the 125% poverty level guideline for the household of 3?
