DS-3032 CAN WE EMAIL NVC?

ok guys..i emailed nvc the ds 3032 yesterday...how long will it take for them to accept it and invoice IV fee?plus my husband is just getting his tax transcripts done...will send the AOS packet in a week...we paid the AOS fee on yestrday..is it ok if the AOS packet is delayed by one week...as it is an independent requirement?

Many members are having success in emailing the NVC to choose their agent instead of sending in the DS-3032 via regular mail. Sometimes NVC sends an automated response upon receiving the e-mail but many times this feature does not work.

NVC takes from a few days to 2 weeks to send an email confirming receipt of the DS-3032.

The email template below complies with NVC e-mail guidelines and the content of DS-3032 Form.

Have your foreign spouse (beneficiary) send an email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov with the following contents:

CIS Case No: <USCIS Case Number> or <NOA Receipt Number>

I could take a few working days to approve and get the 3032 into the system, Friday was a holiday, so it might be towards the end of next week depending on their work load. Within a few days of the acceptance they should post the IV fee and both the IV and AOS are independent. So you should be good there. Best of luck!!

I saw on form DS-3032, there is a space at the top of the form where Barcode strip is to be placed

I have following two questions:

1. if we send email to NVC how we show/use this Barcode strip.

2. On what stage, we get this Barcode strip from NVC?

send it now and use the template, and if you received the below 1st reply that mean they did only update the address + phone + email (since the IV fee is not invoiced) , if you got the 2nd that's mean they accepted the DS3032

I have related question that can we both options: (1) send email for DS3032 and also (2) send DS3032 form by surface mail. is there any disadvantage? just to make sure they received that DS3032 form. Thanks for your hrlp.
