Hello Everyone,

I just want to know if somebody can help me with this issue. I am studying my master in the U.S with a F-1 VISA.

Indeed, my I-130 petition has been approved, but I am waiting for my permanent residence because my husband is a permanent resident and

according to visa bulletin I need to wait 2 years in order to get my residence.

I am planning to travel this vacations to my country, but I am not sure the Immigration officer will deny my entrance to the United States.

I am not sure if they will tell me that I must return to my country and wait for my residence, even though I have my F-1 visa.

Thank you !!

Yes, it is possible that you are denied entry due to your immigrant intent -- the petition would certainly indicate immigrant intent and that you are a risk of not leaving the U.S when u finish scholl. A denial to enter is possible.
