Hi I have a question about I-134, my mom is my joint sponsor she never really liked her first name so she always went by her middle name on all her documents bills etc but never had it offically changed so when filling out the I-134 we put her real name (the one she does not like) on the forms as it is the name on her birth certificate which we are including in packet 3 , but when it comes to her tax returns and pay stubs etc it all has her middle name on them as her first name do you think this will cause any problem or confusion with the embassy thanks for any advice just kinda nervous about this lol

You need me use the name she uses legally now. As it is different on her BC to what she is using now just explain on a separate piece of paper. They will understand as many people so this across the board.
