hello guys i got to know last time from my congressman that she found out that the petition expired and i can refile again and i am starting for this nowadays but the question is i didnt recieve the expiration note yet i am wondering why and does anyone pass by this before ???and can i refile even i didnt recieve the expiration note? thank u guys i really need your help

If your case has been expired after a bad interview you can file before you get your notice. You are left to guess the exact cause of the interview problem. You probably want to front load the petition with lots of proof that your relationship is real.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

ahh yes i am going to send so many proofs this time and i am sure about the reason that made this consulat in here rejected the case so i am going to be ready for those people in this consulat this time and i am going to send teh petition net monday to hurry up the process
