As simple as this...call the USCIS and ask them about the withdrawl , It would prob be sending a letter to them stating that you want to cancel it ..not more..as in refiling , Just refile lol :)

Thank you Sam . But they have our original Documents . But somehow i obtain our Marriage and Birth certificates . Should we request our documents back after we withdraw & Than refile ? Or should we go ahead and refile after withdraw ?

Well Its goot that you obtained a new marriage and birth cert , that was a very good step :)...Yes you should ask them and yes they should send them to you , If you have all you need to refile then withdrawl it and refile and if they send the original then thanks to them ...if they didn't ...ur still not losing anything and not wasting time...so go ahead...Btw How long have they been reviewing it in the US ?

Thank you again . Its over 2 years now that they are reviewing it . And we are married for 4 years almost .

Bro , Reviewing max time is 1 year as my friend told me ...he was in it and the USCIS told him it takes up to 1 year only ...i think they lost your case ..:(..am really sorry that happened to you...do you have any kids together ?
