What about for something like this:

Is that N/A sufficient, or do I need to mark N/A in every single blank related to that question?

Several people with experience here have stated NOT TO LEAVE BLANKS on the I-129f. Is something unclear about that? One has stated that they received an RFE and lost several weeks on the process for that.

I understand not to leave entire questions blank. I was just unclear whether every single blank portion of a question (city, state, dates, etc.) needed to have N/A in the spaces. I thought maybe it would be sufficient to put N/A in the first box to indicate the entire question did not apply to me (even the sample forms here on VJ did this in some places). But if I have to put N/A or None in every single blank box of the entire form, then I will certainly do that.
