G325A Question -Address

HI! I have some questions about the G325A .

I (foreign fiance) lived in the US for 5 moths with a tourist visa, After that me and my fiance lived together for 3 months in germany, but just for vacations.

She lived in Chile for 7 months with a student visa and after that 3 months in Venezuela but with a tourist visa.

Should we put all that information on the G325A?

Because all of them were less than a year and with tourist visas.

It says "List residence for past five years".

Pretty simple.

Make sure you have the latest updated forms from USCIS.

Oh-oh! I just noticed her G-325A form was of the version that expired in May of 2009 and I used one that expired in June of 2011... Sent in I-129F on July 23rd, 2011.

Not aiming to piggyback on your thread here, but it can be an important point.

I won't complain, if I get RFE on this, but I suppose sometimes, the old forms aren't very different at all and it will get through without problems... I'll keep my fingers crossed

Thanks! But some says that i should put just the places that i lived for a period longer than 1 year. I don`t know if that is true.

you put all places from jan 2006 to now.. ALL.. if you lived there, put the address..

if you need more room.. add an attachment..
